- If you don't have hot or cold water.
- If you don't have heat or your heat is not working properly.
- If you have a hazardous electrical problem.
- If you are having a problem with your refrigerator, range/oven or any other major plumbing fixture supplied by the landlord.

Failure to provide a detailed description of the problem may result in a delay of the work being started.

WRONG - "Leaky toilet"
RIGHT - "My toilet in the upstairs bathroom has a slow leak around the base."

WRONG - "Garbage Disposal broken"
RIGHT - "I turned my garbage disposal on today and it ran for a few seconds and then stopped. I flipped the switch on and off a few times and it's only making a humming noise now."
